Call the FLACRA office nearest you to speak with an experienced admissions counselor. You can count on us to act quickly and be responsive. We’ll work closely with you to answer questions, resolve issues and determine the right level of support—for you and your client.

As your trusted partner, we will develop a plan that keeps you informed and involved to ensure your client receives the highest level of care.

 

We accept referrals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To submit a referral please complete the referral form below and email it to TeamCentralIntake@flacra.org or call 1-833-435-2272.
