Choose FLACRA for your client’s recovery.

Call the FLACRA office nearest you to speak with an experienced admissions counselor. You can count on our team to act and respond quickly. We’ll work closely with you to answer questions, resolve issues, and determine the right level of support for you and your client. Together, we will develop a plan for care that keeps you involved and ensures your client receives the highest level of care.

We accept referrals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To submit a referral please complete the referral form below and email it to TeamCentralIntake@flacra.org or call 1-833-435-2272.
