

Outpatient
FLACRA operates seven outpatient clinics across the region, located in Geneva, Clifton Springs, Newark, Farmington, Rochester, Watkins Glen, and Penn Yan. All outpatient clinics provide comprehensive, evidence-based substance use treatment, with additional services and supports varying by location.
Two locations operate as Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, offering integrated, whole-person care through a “One-Stop Wellness” model. Mental health services are available in Geneva, Penn Yan, and Rochester. Farmington and Clifton Springs may also provide mental health services when substance use disorder is the primary diagnosis.
Additional supports may include peer services, treatment planning, daily methadone dispensing, recurrence prevention, WRAP planning, aftercare support, family involvement, and other services based on individual needs and location.

Clifton Springs Integrated Outpatient Clinic

Clifton Springs Integrated Outpatient Clinic provides services for mental health and substance use treatment, including counseling, peer support, medication management, and services for youth and families. Specialized services include Spravato® (esketamine) for treatment-resistant depression, along with support for co-occurring disorders, gambling, sex addiction, and grief and family trauma.

Farmington Outpatient Clinic offers integrated mental health and substance use disorder treatment, supporting individuals with co-occurring needs through coordinated, whole-person care. This location also operates the Alternative to Incarceration Program, an 8-week weekend program that serves as a structured and supportive alternative to jail.

Rochester: FLACRA Mental Health Services

The East Avenue clinic in Rochester serves as a primary mental health hub, providing comprehensive services for individuals with mental health conditions, including serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Services include crisis support, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, care coordination, and primary care screenings, with telehealth options available to increase access. Located on the 3rd floor of the Valley Building in Suite 303.
Services are available for individuals ages 5 and older, with strong connections to local schools and colleges.

The Geneva Wellness Center delivers comprehensive, whole-person care for mental health and substance use disorders. Services include 24/7 crisis support, individual and group counseling, treatment planning, peer and family support, and primary care screenings. The site also houses the Opioid Treatment Program, offering daily methadone dosing and other medication options for opioid use disorder.

Services are available for both adults and youth as young as 12 years of age, with additional support for families, making this a strong option for individuals seeking comprehensive, recovery-focused care.

The Penn Yan Treatment Center provides whole-person care for individuals ages 5 and older. Services include 24/7 crisis support, individual and group counseling, peer and family support, medication management, and primary care screenings. The clinic is connected to school-based services and is expanding to include enhanced medication options for opioid use disorder, including methadone.

Youth & Family Mental Health
FLACRA’s CCBHC facilities in Geneva, Penn Yan, and Rochester provide mental health services to youth and families. At our CCBHC locations, families will have access to personalized counseling, family support, and youth mental health care.

FLACRA operates a mental health satellite clinic from the Dundee Central School district. Many children face challenges both inside the classroom and at home, and we have licensed staff available onsite to help them deal with those issues and address any other mental health needs. Read more.


School-Based Support
FLACRA operates mental health treatment satellite clinics at Dundee Middle School and Geneva Middle and High School, and a substance use treatment clinic at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Licensed professionals provide onsite counseling, preventive education, and early intervention during the school day to help students develop healthy coping skills and make positive choices. Referrals typically come from school staff, though families may contact guidance departments. Participation is voluntary, and families retain the right to decline services.
