FLACRA's One Stop Wellness of the Finger Lakes

​

FLACRA has multiple CCBHC facilities throughout the Finger Lakes. Our Geneva, Rochester, and Penn Yan wellness centers are now providing 24/7/365 crisis support, screening, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for substance use and mental health care needs. Targeted Case Management, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, Peer Supports, Counseling, Family Supports, and Youth Mental Health Care are available services offered to all participants.

FLACRA also operates Mental Health satellite clinic within Dundee Central School and Geneva Central School districts. Many children are struggling and we have licensed staff onsite to help with mental care needs. 

​

Our One-Stop Wellness Center in Geneva supports individuals in recovery from opioid use disorder (OUD) through a CARF-accredited Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). The program offers daily methadone dispensing, along with other medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) as part of an integrated treatment approach. Eligible individuals may also qualify for take-home doses for self-administration.

The Geneva Opioid Treatment Program, located within the Geneva Outpatient & Wellness Center, provides medication-assisted treatment alongside counseling and supportive services to help individuals maintain stability in recovery.
