Residential Services

 

FLACRA's residential services provide people with substance use disorders a safe living environment with support for a successful recovery. Our stable, 24-hour supervised housing treatment program offers clients individualized education and guidance with activities of daily living, counseling and vocational education services. Career development occurs through work readiness programs. Therapeutic environments are strength-based and client-centered, and include staff from multi-disciplinary backgrounds. Family involvement is strongly encouraged.

 

We offer 44-bed residence at Maxwell Hall in Ontario County. As part of our continuum of care, many clients move to our Reintegration program, which serves as a stepping-stone towards independent living.​

There are two billing components to your stay:

  • Medical (refer to sliding fee scale if uninsured)

  • Residential and Nutritional

Reintegration ​

Cadence Square is a congregate reintegration site for individuals and veterans struggling with a substance use disorder, mental health needs, or homelessness. FLACRA works closely with the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Canandaigua to offer counseling and residential services.

Supportive Living - Scatter Site

Supportive Living Apartments are available at Cadence Square and serve as a transitional step to independent living. Veterans living in our supportive living apartments have access to case managers, services at the VAMC, outpatient treatment programs, and weekly resident meetings. Public transportation is available. Additionally, FLACRA operates a small number of apartments at Victory House, located a short walk from the VAMC campus and on public transportation routes.

Veterans Independent Housing

Cadence Square Apartments offers independent living on the Canandaigua VA Medical Center (VAMC) Campus in a new, quiet, pristine environment. The unique location allows veterans direct access to VAMC services just a short walk from their home. HUD and VASH vouchers are accepted for rent. FLACRA staff serves as a landlord. Service animals are allowed. There are one, two, and three-bedroom apartments available.
