Telehealth Services
FLACRA’s telehealth services allow you to continue receiving the care you need during the COVID-19 pandemic.
FLACRA is open and offering all treatment and recovery services. We are using telehealth and telephonic services to serve clients, families and the community. View our full list of services here
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth uses your smartphone, laptop, desktop computer, tablet or any device with a built-in camera to virtually connect you to healthcare providers. At FLACRA, we use video conferencing services such as Zoom Health to provide the same treatment and recovery services you would receive in person.
Center Of Treatment Innovation (COTI)
Our Center of Treatment Innovation (COTI) offers immediate response services including overdose prevention, treatment and community recovery support for addiction to prescription opioids and illicit drugs such as heroin. Our Mobile Crisis Team provides onsite emergency support for those in crisis who are without transportation. This includes telehealth video conferencing with doctors, nurses and clinicians to provide quick response when it is needed most. Learn more about COTI services here.
If you have an urgent addiction or opioid crisis, please call 833-4-FLACRA (833-435-2272) for immediate response. We are providing 24/7 onsite emergency support for those in crisis.
