Subsidized apartments with support services
Town Side at Pre Emption is an affordable housing community in Geneva, New York. It offers support services for older residents who meet eligibility requirements. One- and two-bedroom apartments are available.
Eligible applicants must:
• be age 55 or older
• be enrolled in Medicaid
• meet HUD homeless qualifications
• need assistance with one or more daily living activities (meals, housecleaning, transportation, etc.)
Additional eligibility requirements will be discussed and reviewed at initial intake appointment.

• fully accessible housing
• dishwasher
• elevator
• onsite washer and dryer
• community room
• exercise room
• secured building
Utilities are not included. Income restrictions apply.
