Addictions Crisis Center (ACC)
FLACRA’s Addictions Crisis Center (ACC) provides immediate, medically supervised crisis care for individuals experiencing substance use withdrawal. Services include detoxification, medical stabilization, mental health assessment, and treatment planning. ACC offers short-term stays focused on stabilization and connection to ongoing treatment, while coordinating with healthcare providers, social services, probation, parole, and Drug Court as needed.

FLACRA’s COTI Team
FLACRA’s COTI Team provides immediate crisis intervention, overdose prevention, and recovery support for individuals experiencing opioid or substance-related crises. Services include mobile response, peer engagement, care coordination, and telehealth support. COTI works to reduce overdose deaths and connect individuals to treatment, stabilization, and long-term recovery resources across the region.

Supportive Crisis Stabilization Center (SCSC)
The Supportive Crisis Stabilization Center (SCSC), coming soon to Geneva, NY, will provide 24/7 crisis care for children, adults, and families experiencing urgent mental health or substance use needs. Serving multiple Finger Lakes counties, SCSC will offer crisis assessment, triage, therapeutic intervention, peer support, care coordination, and follow-up services to promote recovery and reduce unnecessary emergency department visits.
