At FLACRA, we take pride in the long-term relationships we’ve built with our clients, their families, referrers and the community—and in our ability to serve as a lifeline for those in crisis.

We offer a number of community service programs including:

• Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral for Treatment (SBIRT) and Case Management with Finger Lakes Community

• Health and Migrant Outreach in collaboration with the Finger Lakes Coalition of Farmworker Serving Agencies

• Co-located addictions Case Management with Department of Social Services Child Welfare departments in Wayne, Schuyler and Ontario Counties

• Forensic counseling programs in Wayne and Ontario County Jails

• Connections to community self-help groups

• Peer Support linkages

• Advisory opportunities

• Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)
