Medical stabilization is a critical component of the recovery process for individuals suffering from substance use disorder, specifically during acute withdrawal. It involves medically supervised detoxification and stabilization.

Reintegration

Reintegration works as a stepping stone to independent living, allowing clients to transition from a supervised housing program to a more independent living environment. The reintegration process includes career development, counseling, activities of daily living, and family involvement is strongly encouraged.

Programs that are “OASAS-Certified” means they have met New York State’s standards for substance use disorder services. This certification ensures FLACRA provides safe, ethical, and effective care that clients and their families can trust.
