About

Founded in 1973, FLACRA is a private, not-for-profit agency serving individuals and their loved ones in the Finger Lakes Region whose lives are affected by substance use, mental health, and other health related disorders. 

We have treatment and recovery programs and services available in Clifton Springs, Canandaigua, Farmington, Newark, Geneva, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen, and Rochester.

FLACRA employs 500+ full-time, part-time and per-diem staff comprised of program supervisors, credentialed substance use counselors, peer specialists, nurses, vocational counselors, therapy aides and administrative staff who are all dedicated to serving individuals and families throughout their recovery journey.
