820 Servicios Residenciales

Los servicios residenciales de FLACRA 820 brindan a las personas con trastornos por consumo de sustancias un entorno de vida seguro con apoyo para una recuperación exitosa. Nuestro programa estable de tratamiento de vivienda supervisada las 24 horas ofrece a los clientes educación y orientación individualizadas con actividades de la vida diaria, asesoramiento y servicios de educación vocacional. El desarrollo profesional ocurre a través de programas de preparacion laboral. Los entornos terapéuticos se basan en la fuerza y se centran en el cliente, e incluyenpersonal con antecedentes multidisciplinarios. Se recomienda encarecidamente la participación de la familia

Ofrecemos residencias de 19 y 23 camas en Maxwell Hall en el condado de Ontario y Otte Hall en el condado de Wayne. Como parte de nuestra atención continua, muchos clientes se trasladan a nuestro programa de Reintegración, que sirve como un trampolín hacia la Vida Independiente.

Reintegration ​

Cadence Square is a congregate reintegration site for individuals and veterans struggling with a substance use disorder, mental health needs, or homelessness. FLACRA works closely with the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Canandaigua to offer counseling and residential services.

Supportive Living - Scatter Site

Supportive Living Apartments are available at Cadence Square and serve as a transitional step to independent living. Veterans living in our supportive living apartments have access to case managers, services at the VAMC, outpatient treatment programs, and weekly resident meetings. Public transportation is available. Additionally, FLACRA operates a small number of apartments at Victory House, located a short walk from the VAMC campus and on public transportation routes.

Veterans Independent Housing

Cadence Square Apartments offers independent living on the Canandaigua VA Medical Center (VAMC) Campus in a new, quiet, pristine environment. The unique location allows veterans direct access to VAMC services just a short walk from their home. HUD and VASH vouchers are accepted for rent. FLACRA staff serves as a landlord. Service animals are allowed. There are one, two, and three-bedroom apartments available.
