De FLACRA es un centro de atención immediata para personas que sufren el impacto del abuso de sustancias. Los servicios incluyen estabilización médica, desintoxicación, evaluación y derivación al tratamiento.

The ACC is a 22-bed OASAS Certified 816 Medically Supervised and Medically Monitored Withdrawal and Stabilization program, and provides a safe place for withdrawal. Stays are brief. Referrals and early care is coordinated with medical and mental health providers, Department of Social Services, probation, parole and Drug Court, along with any other provider the individual may need a referral for. Safe housing is often an issue and help is available to apply for transitional housing and residential services, helping reduce the cost of more expensive inpatient and emergency services.
